Amflow manufactures a comprehensive range of flow control valves, also known as Injection Rate Control Devices (IRCDs). These valves are primarily designed for chemical injection applications, but can also be used in other process applications requiring accurate flow regulation.
The valves provide precise and repeatable flow control across a wide range of flow rates and operating pressures. They are pressure independent, meaning each valve operates with a fixed differential pressure, typically 5–10 bar depending on the valve model. This ensures stable flow control even under high differential pressure conditions. For example, the upstream pressure can be 690 bar while the injection pressure is only 10 bar, without affecting the valve's flow range.
Manufactured from corrosion-resistant materials such as 316/316L stainless steel, Titanium, Duplex 2205, and Super Duplex 2507, Amflow flow control valves are engineered for reliable operation in demanding offshore and onshore environments.
The product range covers low-flow precision applications through to high-flow methanol, MEG, and biocide injection systems, with options for manual operation or integration with Amflow ATEX-certified electric actuators.
