The WA series are maintenance-free, electron-beam-welded diaphragm accumulators consisting of two high-strength steel caps welded together. The U-shaped diaphragm separates the gas side from the fluid side. A dedicated bottom plate seals the fluid-side opening when the accumulator is precharged to prevent membrane extrusion. Gas valve is M28x1.5 with a locking hexagon socket screw and metal-rubber sealing washer (DP100 pre-charging equipment required). Can be installed in any position. Non-repairable construction. Painted to RAL 9005 (250-hour salt spray resistance). Manufactured in accordance with PED 2014/68/EU.
